Overview
Volatris LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit this website or contact us, and how that information is used.

This website does not provide user accounts or ask visitors to submit personal information through onsite forms. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and message.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.

- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
- To diagnose technical issues and prevent misuse.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, communications, and security, or when disclosure is required by law. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Google API Services and YouTube Data
Volatris LLC's internal systems connect to Google's OAuth service to access YouTube account data on behalf of channels we operate.
We request access to:
- Manage and upload video content to a connected YouTube channel.
- Read that channel's performance and analytics data.
This data is used solely to operate Volatris's own YouTube channels and analyze their performance. It is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for any other purpose.
Volatris LLC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
This data is stored securely and retained only for as long as needed to operate the connected channels.
The account holder may revoke access at any time through their Google Account's third-party access permissions page. Revoking access immediately stops all further data access.
Volatris LLC maintains security procedures to protect the confidentiality of Google user data, including encryption of stored credentials and access controls limiting data access to authorized systems.
External services
Links or email actions may open services operated by other companies. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms, not this policy.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information you previously provided directly to Volatris, or to request its correction or deletion where applicable. Certain information may be retained when required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
